Immerse yourself in a safe, inspiring, accepting space in the heart of Los Angeles with your teammates from across the nation. We will practice self-love, camaraderie, personal growth, introspection, problem solving, behavior change, mental toughness, creating space and emotional fitness. Not to mention, we'll have some amazing speakers and workshops!
Our goal for the workshop is to identify old beliefs that have gotten you stuck with the same results you've always had. We will create new empowering patterns and reinforce these new habits until they are conditioned in our bodies. Change can happen automatically through life experiences, but outcomes are better when change is consciously chosen. And when we break old habits, we must replace them with new behaviors by closing the gap between where we are and where we want to be health and fitness wise.
