Get a good night's sleep on Saturday. Sunday is a heavy training day! Be sure you eat a meal with carbs and protein 1-2 hours before arriving at the gym. We're going to work on gymnastics skills you've always wanted to learn, try with a spot, or get back.
Even if you have never had any gymnastics experience, but want to walk away from this workshop having learned one new skill, we've got you covered! We will be doing four events: vault, bars, beam, and floor. Finish off the training day with some deep stretching, reflecting, and finding your purpose for inspiration. You will leave feeling powerful, unstoppable, and outstanding!*
