That’s where most women go wrong. It's SIMPLE to get in shape. No one said it was EASY.

Take this metaphor for example:

Imagine two islands. You start to build a bridge to the other island and think, "This bridge is taking a long time to build" and you stop. Then, once you want to go to that other island again, you start building a new bridge, get impatient, and stop again. Soon enough, you've built a bunch of incomplete bridges instead of completing one full bridge to the other island. 

​​That is what I call being a dabbler. If you just keep working, you'll get there. No question.

One of the challenges that you’ll face moving forward if you decide to "do it on your own" is getting the same results that aren't working for you currently because you didn't surround yourself with supportive women to challenge you and call you out on your excuses.

Women who drift backwards or start and stop:
  • Fall back into their old ways of eating and drinking, give into cravings for instant gratification, and further solidify their limiting beliefs.
  •  Create excuses to skip training sessions, therefore making training the next time difficult, and say "I'm just not meant to be fit."
  •  Lose motivation wondering why their motivation isn’t there - not understanding that motivation is earned and not given to them.
  •  Start to notice their relationships, career, and finances fall apart because they’ve lost their routine, energy, productivity, and positivity.
Every time you fall, it becomes harder and harder to get back up again.

And so, if you’re not intentional...
If you don’t take the necessary proven steps to change your behavior...
And if you don’t force the environment around you to change...

What you’ll notice is you’ll end up with the same results with your old identity waiting inside your comfort zone.

I know, I’ve been there. So have your teammates.

Who has gotten fed up with your excuses and exited your life? How do you look and feel? Do you have a smile on your face? Yes or no? Are you full of life and energy? Yes or no?
