Erin's athletic background started at the age of 3 when she began dancing. She moved to LA in 2010 to pursue dance professionally. Not long after, she experienced some trauma that lead her into depression where she ended up planning her own suicide. Thankfully, she found fitness and body building, which essentially saved her life. Erin is now finding her purpose by sharing how she overcame these struggles with others in hopes of encouraging them and bringing more awareness to the topic of mental happiness.
LEAH HERZBERGER
Motivational Speaker with Cerebral Palsy
Leah was diagnosed with cerebral palsy at 18 months old. It was a minor case, but it made her life hard. She never gave up, because quitting was never an option for her. She learned how to use her strengths, to overcompensate for her weaknesses. She used to be terrible at sports, but made her high school track and basketball team. Leah got a D in language arts in elementary school, but graduated with a degree in Writing and Public Speaking from TCU. All of these things happened because Leah knew, that even though she was always behind, she would eventually catch up.
gymnastics training
Once you lay a solid foundation, you can grow and learn exponentially. If you don't have decent basics, more advanced skills will suffer. We will cover body shapes, basic to intermediate tumbling with occasional spots and tips if someone needs help. The circuit flow of the training will depend on the makeup of the group attending. We will start with a warm up, go into training for an hour, and finish with conditioning.
FUNCTIONAL FLEXIBILITY & CONTORTION
Learn how to take your calisthenic moves to the next level by safely and effectively increasing your flexibility and functional range of motion. Whether your goal is to be able to do a backbend or simply be able to touch your own toes, this workshop will start you on the right path. The techniques gleaned from this workshop will help build a solid foundation enabling you to progress toward your fitness goals.
transformative mental work
Knowledge isn't power – it's potential power. How can we take action with our knowledge to create change? You can have all the tools you need to succeed, but if your mind is still in a place of believing things that aren't true, you will stay stuck. In these fast-paced, immersive meditation and journaling exercises, you will learn to apply techniques that will help you walk away feeling powerful and unstoppable!
